I like EVE, I've been playing it for about a week now, and purchased the 1 month subscription about 2 days ago. I like a lot of thing in this game.
But why the heck would you only give a 10 min warning that's barely noticeable!? I went afk for about 10 mins and when I get back the cluster has been shutdown and my ship is hanging in a mining belt. Are you serious?
I'm not the only one hating this.
But please, for christ sake. Make the warnings LONGER and more NOTICEABLE |

Yea, sometimes when me and my friend is playing. Sometimes he gets the warning, and I don't.. That's also something that's really odd, that it hasn't been fixed. |

Well, I'm just gonna reply for all of you in one message. Since I can't answer contantly and I have to wait 5 mins for each meesage
Well, I have drones, and they're more than just able to defend me from A.I. I'm mining in a decent sized ship, with good hull etc.
Also, note. The Belt I'm mining in, is in a 0.8 system. And theres rarely anyone around here.
For the notifications, I've never spotted a messages saying "1 hour till restart" - or whatever.
Which makes me wonder. is there a setting that could be turned off? |

EDIT: The guy who said "I Require 1000 skills.. blah".. Did I say anything about that? No. I simply made this thread because it's stupid that you can't do something in a hurry and having to come back to the servers restarting. I think you misunderstood me there.
And, I'm mostly always positive. But this is just so annoying having to loose drones and what not. -Just informing here, right? As for your drones - they nerfed the game years ago for whiners like you - they fly back into your drone bay automatically as you disconnect now. So they are warm and fuzzy in your drone bay right now.
I did not mean to be "Whining", at any point at all. All tho, I said it's annoying. Which you can't argue about.
And then for the automatic drones coming back in your drone bay is BS. I logged in to my drones gone. They're cheap. But I could imagine having decent drones that's alot worth, this could be a problem. |

Its safer logged off than when you left it. You should thank CCP for saving your ship from being ganked.

No, I'm serious. As mentioned. My friend can see the message sometimes.. I CAN'T. And I'm going to check my settings. I haven't changed anything. Eveyrthing is by default.

Well, I think it's fixed now, none of the ideas help sadly. But I got a quick thought of, and I noticed that when running windowed mode in the game and having the game on my secondary monitor, the text moves up and out of the screen, don't ask me how or why. But I guess I'll just need to run Fullscreen. And for those who complained that I can't read. Please, don't comment on posts like this. I honestly I don't get why you even bother if you don't have any decent things to say. |

Thanks to those who tried to help. If anyone has the same issue, which is not very likely. I fixed it by going into Fullscreen.
